NMRA GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE:
NMRA member must summit written grievance to the board of directors. Letter must contain NMRA current card number and signature. Letter must contain complete detailed complaint or concern.

Seven days later accused will receive a letter of notification. Accused will have seven days to respond. If the board deems it necessary a directors meeting will be held to rectify the grievance.
