Incentive Events

1. Incentive events are included in the Team Roping and Barrel Racing. Directors will use the pay-offs listed for their event, with added money split and rules determined by each Director. The calf roping is no longer an incentive event it is now its own separate event: ropers must be under 14 or over 50 to rope in the aged calf roping event.

2. In the event that there are fewer qualified rides or times than there are places to pay, payment will be made on qualified rides and times only. The Secretary will use guidelines specified in the rulebook to make pay-off.

3. If there are no qualified times in the Incentive Team Roping event all of money goes into the Open Team Roping. If there are no qualified times in the Open Team Roping, the winners of the Incentive Team Roping will also win the Open money.

Incentive Barrel Race

a. This event shall be ‘within’ the Open Barrel Racing

b. The Incentive placing will be determined by a .7 second split from the overall fast time, which is also the winning time.

c. 70% of all barrel racing money (added money and entry fees) will go to the open barrel race and 30% of all monies will go to the incentive pay out.

f. The Finals will be run identical to how the entire rodeo season has been run.
